Fun with Photography

John's picture

Jason, a friend from Vermont, invited Joni and I to join him on a short photography jaunt.  We went to a beautiful place near Glens Falls, New York.  A canal runs along side the Hudson river. At one time, they used to put logs in the water and pulled them upstream by horses walking along a path.  Today, you can walk along the path and see the canal on one side and the Hudson river on the other.  The surrounding trees are a vibrant color in the fall, making it a very pleasant atmosphere and ideal for attempting to capture some pictures.  I have posted some of the pictures that I took with our camera in an image gallery.  Just click the photo below to view the gallery and please comment on the pictures that you like.
